Acceptance of these terms and changes to them
These terms apply whenever you open an account with us, log in, deposit, place a stake, claim an offer or ask for a withdrawal. By using the site you confirm that you have read them, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please do not use your account.
Other rules sit alongside this page and form part of the same agreement: our privacy policy, our cookie policy, the terms attached to each individual promotion, and the rules of each game as shown in the game itself. Where a promotion's own terms say something different from this page, the promotion's terms apply to that offer.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law or in our licence conditions, a change to the payment methods we support, or a change in how the site works.
- The current version is always the one published on this page, together with the date it took effect.
- Where a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it applies.
- If you do not accept a change, you may ask to withdraw your remaining balance, subject to the checks set out below, and close your account.
- Continuing to use your account after a change has taken effect means that you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility and your account
An account with us is personal to you. You may hold one account only, you must open it in your own name, and you must use it only for your own play.
Age and residence
- You must be at least 18 years old. Gambling by anyone under 18 is an offence, and we take age checks seriously.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom and permitted by the law of the place where you are to gamble online.
- You must not be excluded from gambling under a self-exclusion scheme, including GamStop, and you must not be acting on behalf of anyone else.
- You must not be a member of our staff, or a close relative of a member of our staff, where our internal rules prevent you from holding an account.
Accurate details and one account per person
The details you give us when you register - your name, date of birth, address, e-mail and telephone number - must be true, complete and kept up to date. If any of them change, update them in your account or tell us. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and we may void stakes and winnings made on them.
Keeping your login safe
Keep your username, password and any security codes private, and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else knows your details. Until you do, play made with your login is treated as play made by you.
18+ only
Our games are for adults only. We will ask for proof of age, and we may suspend an account until age has been confirmed.
Verification checks
We hold a gaming licence, and that licence requires us to know who our players are. We therefore carry out checks on every account. These checks protect you, protect other players and help us meet our legal duties on age, money laundering and safer gambling.
- Identity and age - a passport, driving licence or other accepted photo identification.
- Address - a recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document showing your name and address.
- Payment method - proof that the card, wallet or bank account you use belongs to you.
- Source of funds - where required, documents showing where the money you are depositing comes from.
Checks are normally completed before your first withdrawal, but we may ask for documents at any point, including when you register, when deposits reach the thresholds we apply, or where activity on an account prompts a closer look. While a check is open, we may hold a withdrawal or restrict an account.
Clear, in-date documents are processed faster. Upload them in your account or send them to support@casinoblacklabel.co.uk, and we will confirm once the check is complete.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Deposits
You may deposit only from a payment method held in your own name. The methods available to you, the minimum and maximum amounts, and any fees applied by the provider are shown in the cashier. Money in your account is held for play and is not a deposit with a bank; we do not pay interest on it.
Withdrawals
Where the method allows it, we return funds to the method you used to deposit. Where that is not possible, we will use another method in your own name. Withdrawal limits and processing times are shown in the cashier, and payment providers may add time of their own.
- A withdrawal may be held while identity, address or source-of-funds checks are open.
- Any active bonus and its wagering must be settled before a withdrawal is processed, as set out in that offer's terms.
- We may correct an account where a payment error, a game fault or a duplicate credit has given you funds you were not entitled to.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, and you should read them before you opt in. They set the conditions that apply to that offer.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirement | How many times the bonus, or bonus and deposit, must be staked before funds can be withdrawn. |
| Maximum stake | The largest single stake allowed while bonus funds are in play. |
| Eligible games | Which games count towards wagering, and at what rate. |
| Expiry | How long you have to use the offer and complete the wagering. |
Offers are for genuine play. Where we find that promotions are being abused - through linked or duplicate accounts, patterns of stakes placed only to clear a requirement, or similar conduct - we may withdraw the offer, void the related winnings and restrict access to future promotions.
Safer gambling, suspension and closure
Tools in your account
You can set deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders, take a short time-out, or self-exclude for a longer period, all from the safer gambling area of your account. A limit that makes play tighter applies straight away; one that loosens it takes effect after a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion closes play for the period you choose and cannot be lifted early.
Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from all licensed online operators in Great Britain in one step.
Closing or suspending an account
You may close your account at any time by asking us in live chat or at support@casinoblacklabel.co.uk. Any confirmed balance will be returned once the usual checks are complete.
- We may suspend an account while we carry out a check, look into a complaint or confirm a payment.
- We may close an account where these terms have been broken, where details given to us are false, or where we are required to do so.
- Accounts that stay inactive for a long period may be closed, and any dormancy arrangements are applied as shown in your account.
Complaints, liability and governing law
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Live chat is the quickest route for anything urgent, and written complaints should go to support@casinoblacklabel.co.uk with your username and the details of what happened. We acknowledge complaints promptly, look into them fairly and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you updated if the matter is complex.
If we cannot resolve the matter between us, you can refer it free of charge to an independent dispute resolution service. We will tell you which service applies to your complaint and how to contact it when we send our final answer.
Liability
We take care to keep the site running properly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of faults. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own equipment or connection, by a third-party payment provider, or by events outside our reasonable control. Where a game malfunctions, the affected round and any resulting stakes and winnings are void. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
